A full-service marketing agency who’s data-driven approach helps those, primarily in the Healthcare industry, nationwide looking to locate, launch, and/or grow their practice.
Identifying how best to introduce the client to their unique market was my role. Working closely with the Creative Director, Copywriters, Web Developer and additional support staff, I would cultivate a brand marrying the goals and vision of the client with what would resonate with the demographics. Through exploring markets, first demographically and colloquially (newspapers, official town sites/social channels, etc.), to familiarize myself with the community’s personality before diving into the client’s discovery surveys gave greater insight in how to most effectively position them without compromising their voice. This preparation gave me the knowledge and confidence to ask leading questions to get the answers and buy-in on the strategy I was presenting during our numerous remote meetings.
Logo
My process for developing a logo is simple: look, sketch, sketch again, narrow down, vector, present, before delivery and education on how to use it. Look at competitors to differentiate the client and then brand inspiration. Sketch a lot to explore possibilities. Resketch the ideas that grab my attention to refine. Narrow down by sharing a few directions with the CD and team. Vector to clean up and make it look polished enough to show the client. Present the thinking and reasoning to the client to collaborate with them on honing in on their identity. From there it is all about fine tuning before ultimately packaging the final assets and educating the client on the guidelines of use.
A close copywriter colleague once described print as “a tiny-home where function and aesthetic are competing for space limited by its own edges.” This was never more apparent to me than on healthcare collateral. Clients routinely struggled to pinpoint what information was necessary to make a successful piece. Whether it was stationary, dropcard, postcard or brochure, understanding the desired outcome gave me the tools needed to advocate for the right words and imagery when asked for all the words and images to attract everyone.

Websites
Tasked with creating a lower cost alternative to the fully customized sites we offered, our copywriter, developer and I configured a series of modular based designs using Divi WordPress builder to streamline the process. Overtime, we were able to save time and money while maintaining the flexibility to customize accordingly to satisfy the client’s desire of having a one-of-a-kind site for their practice.
